Always passionate about cooking , Matteo Russo begins his professional career in conjunction with the choice to embrace the vegan philosophy. He moves the first steps in the native city, Florence, and the move to London, cooking in a plan-based raw restaurant. Activist, collaborates with Ohana Rescue Family, organizing events to promote and finance the activity and the sustenance of hosted animals, using the kitchen as a vehicle, message and inspiration for aggregation. Loving sport, he firmly believes that the state of physical fitness is important in demonstrating that you can embrace vegan philosophy without sacrificing taste and well-being.
