Luca Andrè is a teacher of innovative gourmet cuisine at the Funny Veg Academy in Milan. Since he was a little kid he starts to cook with his grandmother, learning the art of the good cuisine. In 2000 he graduates in San Pellegrino Terme. The hard apprenticeship follows, which transforms him from a good cook into an excellent chef in the most important restaurants in Lombardy. Then the VEG choice, which leads him to experiment on him with fruit and raw food. In 2013 the opening in Turin of Soul Kitchen, of which he is owner and chef, the first vegan restaurant to have a wide raw food choice on the menu. Since 2015 he also provides consultancy in the catering sector.
