Chef, blogger, author, Antonella, better known as La Stella Veg, has been a point of reference for vegetable cuisine both in Italy and abroad for over 10 years. Born in 1975, she became vegan already in 1992, when this word was still not used in the common vocabulary. She is the author of two very popular books, “Te lo do io il Vegano” and “Te lo do io il Vegano bimbi”, in which are illustrated both salty and sweet recipes, gluten-free, suitable for everyone, cooked with common and economic products. Her idea is to change the perspective on the vegetable cuisine, often associated as too laborious, expensive and far from tradition. She also organizes courses and consultancy for companies.
