La Stella Veg
Chef, blogger, author, Antonella, better known as La Stella Veg, has been a reference point for vegetarian cuisine in Italy and abroad for over 10 years. Born in 1975, she has been vegan since 1992, when this word had not entered the common vocabulary. She is the author of two much-appreciated books, “Te lo do io il Vegano” and “Te lo do io il Vegano bimbi”, in which she presents savoury and sweet, gluten-free recipes, suitable for everyone, made with readily available and inexpensive products. Her idea is to change the perspective on vegetable cooking, often seen as laborious, expensive, far removed from tradition. When she is not writing books, she divides her time between courses, consulting for companies and social media.
